If I recommend a product that lasts only a few years or doesn't perform and clean the way I told you it would, then I have not done you or I any favors. We will not sell the "disposable" vacuums just to make a quick dollar. It is like the old saying... If I make you a happy customer you will tell 10 people, if I don't, then you will tell 20 people!

Here is a thought: You can, and probably will find our machines cheaper somewhere else. We are not a discount shop. We will guarantee that we can get you into the BEST machine at a REASONABLE price. We have done this successfully for over 30 years, not because we keep our prices high, but because we are in the business of getting you into the best vacuum cleaner. We service what we sell and we will be glad to spend any amount of time necessary to help you make a smart decision .

You could read one of the leading consumer magazines, but the person who might be testing the vacuum cleaners today, might be testing televisions tommorrow. The fact is that there have been numerous lawsuits and complaints against these magazines from very reputable companies in our industry.

We rely on our own 35+ years experience repairing, and selling these products. We also use outside, independent sources such as ASTM, VDTA, and IQAir for performance specs. Also bear in mind that even sources such as Consumer Reports have been known to make recommendations that a majority of us, in the industry, didn't agree with. I always tell people that you should talk with 2 or 3 different shops to see what the common factors are, that are being touted by the majority, then you can make an intelligent decision.

You could go to the mass-merchandiser, but it is hard to find knowledgeable help when you need it. We only sell vacuum cleaners, air purifiers and sewing machines, and have since 1966.
