Shipping Charges

We use an up-to-date shipping matrix supplied by a USPS API based on zip code you are shipping to and the weight of your order.
We have no control over the rates that USPS charges us and we do not "pad" shipping charges with any hidden fees.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product purchased from us within the last 30 days,
you must have your original receipt, and the product must have all of the original
packing material with it (box, instructions, packing, etc). If you are exchanging it
for a less expensively priced product we will gladly refund the difference to you.
We reserve the right to refuse this service to you at any time.


Returns

If you wish to return a product purchased from us within the last 10 days,
you must have your original receipt, and the product must have all of the
original packing material with it (box, instructions, packing, etc).

In addition, the products returned must be in reasonable condition, with no sign of abuse.

If you do not want an exchange, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
This charge will be deducted from the total paid price after taxes.

If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipment, the cost of shipping both ways
(to and from us) to All Makes Vacuum will be deducted from your refund
.

If there are signs of excessive or careless or commercial use,
this might result in additional restocking fees based on the
degree of damage to the product from these types of use. Due to the use
of liquids in steam cleaners and wet/dry vacuums,
they cannot be returned for a refund.

Any shipping and handling charges are not included in this return amount.
This means that you are responsible for ALL shipping/postage costs related to
returning your unwanted items to us.

If we are sending out a replacement order of approximate equivalent value,
you will be responsible for the new shipping charges.

All returns should be sent back to the address shown on your emailed receipt and on the shipping label on the box for your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders placed online can be cancelled while the status is showing as "Processing."
Sometimes orders showing as "Processing" or "Completed" can be cancelled
BUT only if they have not been physically shipped.

Order cancellation can be done by calling us at 877-822-7390 during our regular business hours or via email.

If cancelling by email, be sure to include your order/invoice number and a valid method to contact you.

Due to possible delays in e-mail systems, e-mail may not be dependable enough to reach us
before an order is shipped. If you refuse to accept delivery of your shipment, the cost
of returning it to All Makes Vacuums as well as the shipping cost out
to you will be deducted from your refund
.


Repairs

If you leave a repair unclaimed in our store for more than 30 days we will reserve the right
to sell it to recover any costs associated with that repair. We may also ask for
a 'bench' fee if after we diagnose the repair, you decide that you do not want the
product repaired by us, but desire to have us reassemble the machine.


Prices

Please be aware that our in-store prices will be slightly higher than our on-line prices on some items.
